My approach to mental and behavioral health is foundationally Person-Centered. I integrate evidence-based theories that are trauma informed, attachment based, and solution focused: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)( AEDP), and Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR)
