I am the owner and director of Guided Path Counseling group, and I bring extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual trauma, childhood abuse, LGBTQ population, and stress management. I utilize techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused and Somatic techniques to process complex trauma and symptoms.
