My passion is in working with children and adolescents who are struggling with mental health issues stemming from emotional and physical dysregulation, anxiety, depression, sadness, trauma, grief/loss, relational issues, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Mood Disorders. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor trained in EMDR therapy. I worked in a residential program for adolescent women for 5 years and am presently in my 18th year at a school working with students aged 5-18 and their families, managing emotional regulation, developing increased self-awareness, building relationships and resolving conflicts.
