I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience. I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, infidelity, trauma, stress, substance abuse, and numerous other disorders. I offer counseling to individuals, couples, and families and have worked with populations diverse in age and background.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychotherapy to help clients overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
