Given the tension of living in current world affairs, I think it is unethical for me to say that one can achieve a full reset under such conditions, yet you're human, and have rights - including rest. As an LMFT with past experience serving ages 2 to 92, my focus became predomiantly professionals within individual sessions and small groups. Trained in evdence-based practices like IFS, MI, and CBT, my strength-based, intuitively creative, and trauma-informed approach supports you in creating positive, lasting change, one small step at a time, as you reconnect with your Self -Energy.

Need a sacred space to co-facilitate healing? I offer a safe, compassionate space using IFS, spiritual psychology, intuitive-based practices & more, for all ages. Let's gently explore your parts & build inner strength for lasting change. Progress, not perfection.

Over time, you will feel more ease with your Self and see progress based on what you want to work on. With IFS, we will go within (akin to a meditative state) to get know parts of you and make sure that it is safe to do so!
