Sound like you? I hope to work with you to reconnect to a more authentic sense of self. You will leave each session with tangible tools, language for what you’re experiencing, and we will work towards learning to self-regulate and change patterns.
I provide a space where you can begin to understand what's beneath the fatigue, hypervigilance, or sense of dissociation. I I draw on an integrative approach of evidence based therapies such as CBT, ACT, SFBT, and am IFS informed My aim is moving towards feeling safer in your body & your relationships.
I utilize EMDR for trauma work & ERP and I-CBT for OCD
