I provide a safe and judgement free environment for you to grow and make important life changes.
Individual counseling for trauma, mood/anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and many more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Supportive techniques are used in my practice.
Regular office hours are Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm and Wednesday/Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. I supervise Licensed Professional Counselor Associates who offer day/evening/and weekend appointments and also offer reduced rates for private pay clients or clients who have high deductible insurance plans.
