Accepting referrals for Fall, 2019 adolescent skills class. PRACTICE FULL FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS. Relationships tend to have a major influence on our decisions and emotional well-being. When overrun with conflict, distance, or deception, it can cause significant stress. Sometimes our own anxiety, depression, history, and patterns make it difficult for us to trust and connect with others. I strive to help clients develop insight, find relief from suffering, and develop ways to adapt their style of engagement.

Maintaining strong, healthy relationships is linked to increased happiness, improvements in health, decreased suffering, enhanced pain tolerance, and longevity. My speciality lies in attachment-focused interventions to help families, couples, and individuals cope with and work through conflict, stress, and trauma.

I offer the following specialized interventions: DBT-informed treatment, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
