I have been working in the mental health Field for over 25 years in all levels of care. Presently my focus of treatment in Intensive Outpatient Treatment; using mindfulness based approach. My approach is mindfulness based utilizing CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma informed and solution based treatment As an IOP therapist, Jennifer works with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, men’s issues, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD.
