My passion is working with individuals and couples struggling with life adjustments, anxiety, and depression, as well as those choosing to work on personal and interpersonal growth and goals. I also work with many parents and issues surrounding parenting. Finally, coping with grief and loss are also specialties of mine. If you are happy with one or more areas of your life yet feel stuck in another, I can help you move forward in order to experience more joy and fulfillment. I cater to busy professionals with my evening availability. I find I connect especially well with healthcare professionals because I understand your world.
I utilize a strength-based approach customized to each client. The psychotherapeutic process is a dynamic partnership between myself and my client(s). I employ strategies from The Gottman Method, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, as well as mindfulness-based therapies. I provide unending support and encouragement to my clients.
I sincerely care about my clients, enjoy them, and celebrate their successes while supporting them through their challenges. I enjoy the infusion of humor into sessions when appropriate.
