Life can be hard for little ones too, when big emotions or life changes start to feel overwhelming. I offer a warm, relational, and flexible approach, centered on helping you feel understood, supported, and confident in who you are. I work with both children and adults, tailoring support to meet each person's unique needs.
My work is focused on what will help you feel supported and understood, helping you explore feelings, build coping skills, and make sense of your experiences. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play to help children make sense of their emotions, express what they’re feeling, and navigate their big feelings in ways that feel natural to them.
