Hi, I'm Jen. I have been a therapist for over 21 years. I have owned a private practice, Northern Star Counseling, LLC since 2011. I believe in using an assortment evidence based, effective techniques to help you achieve optimum wellness and results. Such techniques include Thought-Field Therapy and EMDR used to treat trauma and PTSD, cognitive-behavioral restructuring interventions, play therapy and thorough assessments and evaluations.
