About
None of us are perfect. We've made some choices that we wish we could change. Everything we do, every choice, is for a good reason. We are here to learn and move forward into a better life for ourselves and those we love. The journey of self-knowledge creates healing, deepens our compassion, and helps us attain our highest purpose. Jennifer uses an integrative approach to help individuals work through narcissistic abuse, mental, physical, emotional, sexual, and psychological abuse; anxiety, depression, relationships, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, women’s issues, life transitions, parenting, and life goals.
I specialize in the treatment of sexual/physical/emotional trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and narcissistic-abuse recovery, grief, relationships, women’s issues, and life transitions. I have a passion for helping survivors work through their trauma, and I am trained to treat adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I also incorporate mind-body work.
When we are no longer able to change a situation - we are challenged to change ourselves. ~ Victor E. Frankl.
