My passion is working with those who feel stuck- who desire change and healing, regardless of what life circumstance they have experienced, or stage of life they are in. I am focused on empowering my clients through collaboration in a warm, safe, and accepting environment. I believe clients are the true experts of their lives, we all need support, and an unbiased perspective can be helpful in navigating life's challenges. I have been practicing for over 10 years and have extensive training in trauma, including Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and in Sex Therapy.
I treat concerns surrounding low sexual desire, performance anxiety, out of control sexual behavior, erectile dysfunction, pre-mature ejaculation, and intimacy and pain concerns. I approach therapy through a highly relational, client-centered lens, which stems from my systemic and strength-based training while combining evidence-based practices.
In addition to private practice, I collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team of professionals to treat sexual issues. I have completed training in EMDR Levels 1 & 2 from the Center for Personal Transformation. It takes courage and strength to start the journey of self-discovery and healing, and I would be honored to be apart of your journey.
