As a Certified EMDR Therapist & EMDR Consultant I am experienced in helping clients heal from: recent trauma, past trauma, early childhood trauma, complex trauma, generational trauma & post traumatic stress. My foundation as a therapist is relational and client-centered. I am here as a guide to healing.
