My approach to counseling is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, holistic, and trauma focused. I have specialized training in trauma, anger management, conflict resolution, sand tray and play therapy. I have worked in many different environments throughout my years of practice and feel honored to have had the opportunity to learn from so many courageous people.
