I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and addiction. I use the best evidence based practices, such as Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Havening, and EMDR. For couples, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman method. I work with one or both of you.
