I am a board certified professional counselor in practice since 2015. I specialize in helping adults ages 18+ with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma. I work best with clients who are ready to feel connected to your self with deep internal work. We will use Internal Family Systems to help heal the parts of us that feel untethered or hurt. I also use DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness to assist with integrating and healing the wounded parts of ourselves. You may be experiencing painful emotions that make relationships difficult but together we can find solutions, build skills, and gain insights that help you see change.

My goal is to help you feel grounded in your truest self. I include humor, a warm heart and a direct approach to build a collaborative, safe, and empathetic environment. I believe self-compassion and light heartedness help us bravely face vulnerability. When we face issues that make us feel vulnerable with someone that feels safe we truly heal.
