This virtual support group is a safe space for individuals ages 18+, of all genders, to build awareness and understanding of their body image, and process with peers. Led by a Board Certified Art Therapist, a creative component may be included monthly based on group interest.

Women's Eating Disorder Support Group
This virtual support group is designed for women 30+ who are in recovery from an eating disorder. The group provides a supportive environment with the goal of connecting to others with shared experiences and to not feel alone through the recovery journey. Topics are determined each week by the needs of the group members and can vary from challenging negative thoughts, life transitions, body image and self-acceptance.
