Our relationship with ourselves shapes every aspect of our well-being. Early trauma and disruptions in attachment can deeply affect how we relate to others and move through the world.
I work with individuals experiencing the lasting effects of trauma, including depression, anxiety, addictions, somatic concerns, and feelings of emptiness or unworthiness. I also support those navigating challenges related to ADHD, helping them build insight, regulation, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I work from a psychodynamic and attachment lens where we explore early relationships and use insight to create change. I focus on how the trauma shows up in the body and use mindfulness tools to help with emotion regulation. I use psychodynamic psychoanalytic psychotherapy and am also an Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) Therapist-in-training.
I offer empathy and compassion in a safe environment to help you work through these wounds where you can talk about what has happened to you and how this has affected your life.
