Life can be challenging, especially when we are facing additional stressors that can seriously affect our well-being. I work with adults and couples navigating the challenges of grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, serious medical issues, and women’s health. I am dedicated to creating a safe space where clients can freely express themselves without judgment, discover their inner strengths, and access the tools needed to navigate life's challenges. I employ an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , and Polyvagal Therapy to best meet each client's needs. I believe that empathy, collaboration, and active listening are the cornerstones of a positive therapeutic relationship.
In addition to my role as a clinical therapist, I am a meditation facilitator and Reiki Master, and believe that mindfulness and self-care can also play an important role in collaborative interventions, enabling clients to care for themselves body, mind, and spirit.
I also facilitate groups on women’s health , grief, and oncology support.
