I use a variety of evidence-based techniques. I tailor my approach to meet each child exactly where they are. I am EMDR (Eye Movement and Desistization Reprocessing) trained and I am working toward my RPT (Registered Play Therapy) certification. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and engaging space where your child can explore their feelings, learn emotional regulation skills, and move past the challenges that brought you here.
