I also counsel clients suffering from depression, anxiety, and difficulties with self-worth and provide support for those making transitions in their personal and professional relationships through life coaching and motivational support to improve emotional well-being.
I provide custom treatment plans by adapting a variety of therapeutic styles to meet the needs and goals of the individual with focus on meeting you where you are in your journey. Together, we will develop a plan that will help move forward. I use elements of Narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I provide a comfortable, casual atmosphere, with empathy, warmth, attention and some humor to support a healthy therapeutic relationship.
