In our work together, you can show up exactly as you are. Not polished. Not with it all figured out. Just real. I believe there's room for everything that you're carrying— the hard things and the hopeful things, all at once.
You might be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or a life transition that feels bigger than expected. Many of my clients are also living with chronic pain and chronic illness—conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, ME/CFS, long COVID, endometriosis, migraines, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and inflammatory bowel disease. I understand how much it matters to feel seen and believed.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This means we won't chase away difficult thoughts or try to fix what you're feeling. Instead, we'll practice noticing the thoughts. Allowing feelings to be there without letting them take over. Helping you find self-compassion. Exploring what makes your life meaningful.
Starting therapy can feel hard. Maybe you're not sure this is the right time, or what you'll even say. That makes sense.
The first step is to send me a message. From there, we'll schedule a free 15-minute phone call where we can talk about what's bringing you to therapy and see if we feel like a good fit. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
