Hi there! I'm glad you're here. My name is Jennifer and I'm a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD. I'm also a therapist, coach and guide helping women on a journey toward self love, self acceptance, and freedom from whatever may be holding them back. As your therapist, I assist you in clarifying your goals and honor your inherent power to change. Rather than being drawn to one modality, I look at all individuals, the environment and the situation and draw on a number of modalities. I believe the therapeutic alliance is the most important aspect to healing and encourage my clients to openly discuss their experience in therapy.

My specialty is working with women particularly women who identify as neurodivergent. I offer a safe space where you can share your story, make meaning from it, and become the heroine in your life. We'll look at self care, identify the inner critic and any barriers to the change you seek. Together, we'll build a plan that works for you.
