Hi, my name is Jennifer De La Cruz, LMFT and I am Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I use a trauma-informed approach to therapy and am passionate about utilizing EMDR to resolve past memories and experiences that are still causing distress in the present.
