About
I help couples and families feel more connected when life unfolds in unexpected ways. Feelings of disconnection often occur when stress piles up. Sometimes our lives are turned upside-down in an instant. I believe we all experience times when life feels bigger than our ability to cope.
I use attachment and emotionally focused strategies with a family systems approach to help you establish healthy connections with those who matter most to you. Together we can work to build trust, establish boundaries, heal past wounds, understand current pain and reach new goals for better functioning.
Whether you and your partner are newly coupled or have been married for many years, I can help you work through the issues that are preventing you from finding security and safety with each other. I offer help with problems related to sex (including pre-marital), communication, infidelity, infertility, health problems, parenting and faith transitions.
