If daily living or reaching your goals feels frustrating or scary because of anxiety, OCD, phobias, or school and career issues, I can help you find peace with your journey, and develop the skills to reach your goals. Though it may feel challenging, I can help you achieve a sense of comfort and happiness on your journey despite what you are facing. Together, we can collaborate on ways to overcome your barriers, and feel successful in all that you do.
I offer an accessible way for CT residents to get therapy. All sessions are done through a HIPAA compliant video platform, and I can also support you beyond sessions through text, by talking to your school, etc. I use CBT, ERP, ACT and a variety of other techniques that we can collaborate on to help you, specifically.
I know how frustrating it is to feel limited by your mental health. As I get to know you, we can combine my extensive knowledge on anxiety, OCD, phobias, and school and career issues with your knowledge of yourself and your goals and plans to help create an individualized plan to help you be as happy and successful as you deserve to be.
