Do conversations with your partner turn into the same argument on repeat? I help couples and individuals build the skills to actually understand each other — not just take turns talking. Many couples come to me stuck in a pattern: the same fight, different day. One person feels unheard, the other feels blamed, and nothing gets resolved — even after hours of talking. That cycle is exhausting, and it's usually not about the topic on the surface.
In our work together, I help each partner slow down enough to really hear the other — not to win the argument, but to understand it. Each person gets equal time and respect to share their experience, and I work to make sure both perspectives feel valid, even when you see things very differently.
I also work with individuals navigating relationship stress, life transitions, or wanting to understand their own patterns more clearly.
