I have advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and family systems models to support you in your unique situation. Additionally, I am trained in Prepare Enrich, a research based curriculum that supports couples in fostering their relationships in new and deeper ways.
Therapy is meant to be a safe place where you feel heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind—no issue is too big or too small. For clients who are interested, I also offer the option to integrate Christianity into our work together.
