Are you tired of having the same argument on repeat? Different topic, same frustrating result? Many couples come to me stuck in that pattern: one person feels unheard, the other feels blamed, and nothing gets resolved, even after hours of talking. That cycle is exhausting. I help partners slow down enough to really hear each other, not to win the argument but to understand it. Each of you gets equal time and respect, and I'm not there to referee or take sides. I'm there to help you build a way of communicating that actually works, so hard conversations get easier and trust and connection grow.
You don't need a partner in the room to work on your relationships. I also see individuals who are worn down by relationship stress, facing a big life transition, or noticing the same patterns following them from one relationship to the next. Together we'll make sense of where those patterns come from and what you want to do differently.
Whether you come in on your own or together, you can expect a warm, grounded space where your experience is taken seriously. My approach is attachment-based and draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. I see clients in person in Federal Way and Seattle, and online.
