I work with adults and couples who are seeking meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to explore both current concerns and past experiences that may be contributing to emotional or relational roadblocks. Together, we work to increase insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting change.
I bring over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Interpersonal Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. I also have specialized training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and incorporate these principles as appropriate.
My office is conveniently located a few blocks north of Dodge Street and 120th Street.
