I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating issues, grief and relationships. My holistic approach is compassionate and interactive. We will work together to better understand all parts of you, so you can take steps towards change. I also take into account the unavoidable ways in which the mind and body interact and offer somatic and experiential therapies as needed. Finally, I see each individual as unique with different needs and acknowledge the impact of systems on the health and well-being of my clients.
I specialize in seeing the whole person. To that end my approach is informed by many methods. I hold a relational and trauma-informed perspective. I am certified in Yoga-Informed Psychotherapy. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapies.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to determine how you can most effectively make changes in your life. In order to see if we are a good fit, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.
