About
Are you experiencing feelings of frustration from various situations and people, struggling with a rollercoaster of emotions, and feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands? Counseling can help in exploring these feelings and other areas in your life that may be hindering you from moving forward. Collaborating with a therapist who is motivated in helping to explore emotions, strengths, and develop realistic strategies can be beneficial.
I have experience with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict, relationships, family troubles, and mental health conditions. Working with couples I utilize therapeutic techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman and Family Therapy to address core issues and levels of disconnect.
I understand that seeking counsel is not an easy decision to make. I believe ensuring that clients have an authentic therapeutic relationship that promotes acceptance and openness can help the therapeutic experience. I would like to partner with you in the journey toward developing a positive shift in your life.
