My approach is trauma-informed, holistic and depth-oriented. I show up with warmth and am interactive in session. I use a variety of modalities depending on what is present- including cognitive tools for difficult thoughts as well as somatic experiencing and meditation to integrate difficult emotions with calm and clarity. We heal on many levels.
