I provide a collaborative approach to assist children (4-19) and their parents in learning how to navigate difficult situations together. I have worked many years as a licensed school counselor and now provide services in private practice. I provide a safe, holistic, child centered approach that provides talk and play therapy. I see kids that struggle with big feelings, social skills, anxiety (separation, school, and generalized), somatic symptoms of stress like headaches and stomachaches, emotional regulation, and ADHD/executive functioning.I provide evening and weekend hours.
