At my practice, every individual and family is met with compassion, respect, and clinical expertise. I have over three decades of clinical and supervisory experience. Whatever struggle or transition you are navigating, it is my priority to ensure you never feel alone or unsupported. I provide a safe and structured space for healing and growth, always with a focus on the well-being of those clients I serve.
I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings over the course of my career. My experience is with children as young as five and adults in the later years of their lives. I welcome the chance to work with any individual committed to the therapeutic process and to exploring their lives.
My style is supportive and compassionate. I believe in beginning where the client is while also sharing my own experiences/insights/experience. I hold a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and a dual major in psychology/sociology from Skidmore College.
