I have over 15 years of experience with adults in trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My approach is to address the multiple levels involved in these issues to create lasting change.
Together we will work to develop a deep understanding of who you are and what is causing you to struggle. I will assist you in gaining a true sense of satisfaction with yourself while building skills to meet life's challenges. I offer weekday and evening hours.
