Sometimes we get stuck with the thoughts and doubts that churn in our heads. With a therapist, you can start to unravel conflicting thoughts and find peace. I enjoy working with codependency and attachment, teens that are struggling to find themselves, and individuals on the Autistic Spectrum. I believe that each person is unique and benefits from different therapeutic interventions. The majority of studies that the relationship with your therapist is a bigger predictor of success than the type of therapy/modality being provided. We will work together to create personalized goals and identify your strengths and limitations.
I often use Narrative Therapy, Person Centered Planning, ACT, DBT, and CBT. Please let me know if you are interested in a certain modality. I see adults and teenagers.
