My practice focuses on treating Sexual Trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD. My typical clients experience constant shame, nightmares, flashbacks, anxiety, panic, memories of trauma and difficulty in intimate relationships. My priority is to provide a safe, nurturing relationship with my clients to help calm and heal the nervous system. I help couples and families navigate issues arising from sexual abuse, traumatic backgrounds, and intergenerational trauma.

I use EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, parts work, and a body focused, somatic approach to treating traumatic stress. I am Gottman Level 1 trained to help couples increase connection and understanding. We work together as a team to create treatment goals, and move you toward a more peaceful, embodied life.
