Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck whether it's in their career, relationships or personal growth and together we work to create clarity, build confidence and develop healthier coping strategies.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I use techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and reflective therapy to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviors as well as improve emotional regulation, setting boundaries and making decisions that align with their values.
