I am accepting new clients! My focus is on working with children, teens, adults, and families. I have experience working with teens and children with autism and learning difficulties. I am a middle school teacher at a school that specializes in helping students with autism and other learning difficulties, as well as those who struggle to cope with their strong and changing emotions. Thrill seekers love sky diving, bungee jumping and rollercoasters and while life is full of ups and downs, everyone handles life’s bumps differently. Let me help you, your child(ren), and/or your family navigate lifes ups and downs.

If you find yourself facing a challenging time in your life such as a less-than-stellar family dynamic, relationship struggles, or are struggling through grief due to death, divorce, or the life choices of a loved one, I’d love to meet with you and come up with a plan together to help through these difficulties.

Through the process of our discussions, we will work together to become better acquainted with yourself and how each individual handles struggles as well as coming up with tools and strategies to help you face these bumps in the road as they come. I'm excited to join you on this part of your journey and find your path toward a healthy outlook together.
