As a mindfulness-rooted therapist, my passion lies in helping people become aware of their strengths and reclaim their power in a society that tells us we are small and unworthy. Talk Therapy paired with a variety of coping strategies is a powerful tool that can help bring awareness to repressed traumas, internalized negative beliefs, and self-sabotaging behaviors.
Utilizing my background in CBT & knowledge of numerous therapeutic orientations, we will tackle your issues with evidence-based approaches. I offer teletherapy appointments where I will gently guide you through your journey of self-discovery and healing.
I work to integrate a person-centered, compassionate, solution-focused approach to talk therapy where identifying triggers, activating coping skills, and developing boundaries and self-compassion can be explored. We work together so your therapy sessions meet you where you are in your journey.
