We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), ADHD Coaching, clinical supervision, journaling therapy, Reiki, Tarot and occasional support groups. Together, you will envision, create and embody your best self; using deep self-compassion, curiosity, non-judgmental radical honesty, and when possible, a sense of humor.
