Children face so many struggles and challenges today. Some may be experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral issues, while some may be experiencing a stressful life transition such as a move, adoption, or a loss. And yet some may be distressed without a known stressor. I provide a safe space for children to explore their struggles and identify attainable solutions.
As a parent it can be difficult to know how to respond to behaviors or how to handle tough parenting situations. I can offer a space where parents can go to process struggles, learn parenting tools, and come up with a plan for how to respond to their child.
I believe that parents are the glue that holds the family together. As a mother myself, I truly believe that when a parent feels supported, the whole family benefits.
