I believe we all have struggles to overcome throughout our lifetimes. As Thich Nhat Hanh, the Zen Buddhist spiritual leader, has said, "No mud, no lotus." I believe we can grow and blossom with the right support, no matter how dark things may seem.
I utilize an integrative approach tailored to support each individual with whom I work. I provide individual and family psychotherapy, psychological testing, and consultation and training for organizations or educational purposes.
