My goal as a therapist is to accompany you as a guide on your path of personal empowerment and self discovery.
I lead with a strengths based, holistic view of you. My approach to therapy is trauma responsive, humanistic and client centered; using tools such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and clinical Emotional Freedom Technique/'tapping'. I specialize in issues such as self esteem, substance use disorder, spiritual development, trauma, and identity.
I’m a firm believer in the transformative power of the hero’s journey; that we go through challenges and are better because of them, not in spite of them.
