I have over 20 years experience helping adults, children and families deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and parenting. Using a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused treatment and positive psychology, I will help you develop skills to bring about meaningful and lasting change.
