For the past 25+ years, I have been passionately serving children, youth, and families. My commitment to supporting ones social and emotional health, identity, safety, and well-being continues to strengthen. I particularly love working with adolescents and supporting self esteem, managing stress and academic and social pressure, life transitions, and with figuring out who they are and who they want to become during such an important time of development.
My adverse experiences as a child and now as a queer woman help me provide connection, empathy, and understanding. I actively work on personal healing to be able to support yours. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression; self-esteem, social skills,& strength building; self-expression, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and identity formation.
I work from a trauma informed and culturally responsive lens and am a strong ally to and advocate for racially and other marginalized communities, with an area of expertise of LGBTQ+ teens and families. l'm very strength and relationship based.
