My ideal client is someone who suffers with depression, anxiety, or trauma. My ideal client struggles with overwhelming sadness, hyper vigilance, sleep disturbances, challenges with managing their emotions or behaviors, and managing interpersonal relationships. My ideal client is seeking help so they can manage their own emotional dysregulation as well as wanting to have positive relationships with others. My clients are seeking help to gain the knowledge, coping skills, and resources they need to live happy and productive lives.
I have a private practice in telehealth psychotherapy, and I am EMDR Institute trained. My specialty is trauma related issues, depression, and anxiety. I offer individual psychotherapy as well as EMDR therapy to adults.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is a safe space for my clients. I have a passion and a desire to help my clients feel hopeful and empowered by helping them understand why they feel the way they do and teach them adaptive coping skills to help them overcome their challenges. It is my commitment to provide empathic, client focused treatment.
