I specialize in working with neurodiverse kids and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, autism, gender identity, social skill challenges, stress, and life transitions. I also run therapeutic RPG groups that provide a fun, safe place for clients to reduce anxiety, build self confidence, and strengthen social skills.
My therapy approach is warm, fun, direct, and supportive. My clients will build self-confidence, learn and practice new skills, and gain insight about themselves and others while engaging in fun, positive experiences. I use creative and eclectic techniques that allow clients to learn helpful skills, discover their strengths, and create their own success.

Therapeutic RPG group
Join us to play role-playing games designed to reduce anxiety, build self-confidence, and strengthen social skills/interpersonal skills while having fun and engaging in a community with other humans (or dwarves, or half-elfs) like you. The campaigns are led by experienced GMs and players are supported by licensed therapists that specialize in working with neurodivergence. There are groups available for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and young adults. Join our groups so that you are no longer campaigning solo!
