I have 30+ years of experience working with teens, individuals and relationships (monogamous romantic partners, polycules, families, friendships). I love journeying with my clients to help move into a life they have longed for. My style is warm, engaging, and interactive and focuses on your goals.
I work primarily with those living complex intersectional identities, such as trans and gender expansive, neurodiverse, disability/medical trauma, queer, historic disenfranchised SES, immigration/migration, adoption triad, and others and am trained in liberation psychology as well as relational gestalt, trauma-informed modalities, EMDR, EFT and others.
I am a white, trans identified, queer person with a mixed-race, immigrant family. I am part of the adoption triad and a former foster parent. I am honored to be part of my clients' journeys and inspired by the human spirit and the capacity to grow in the midst of challenging times.
